                         Then  we schedule a meeting  to visits your factory, and  walks through it leaving no stone unturned.

                         We sits down with you and your management to have a constructive discussion on what an appropriate action plan may be to improve your operations.

                         Following this meeting, a thorough report is produced free of charge to your consideration including:

                                               1.     Observations on what is currently successful, and less so

                                                     2.    Your comparison to world-class performers and industry averages

                                                     3.    Estimates of realistic gains in efficiency, quality, and more.

                                                     4.    Detailed fee schedule of our cost effective services to improve the productivity/quality of your Company.
